Jacqui Montgomery

Jacqui Montgomery currently serves as Associate Director of Learning & Development at Merck since November 2019 and has held various leadership roles at QVC, including Manager of Organization Effectiveness and Senior Manager of Advanced Development. Prior experience includes serving as AVP of Organization and Leadership Effectiveness at Lincoln Financial Group, and HR COE Consultant at Unisys. Jacqui's earlier roles involved significant contributions to global learning and development initiatives at De Lage Landen, as well as leading organizational and HR strategies at GMAC ResCap. Jacqui holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Chestnut Hill College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Temple University.
