Larisa Kluchman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in social media and customer intelligence. Currently serving as Director of Enterprise Social Media & Customer Intelligence at Merck since August 2021 and holding the title of Director of Customer Intelligence, Larisa is also a Board Member at SocialMedia.org, an organization dedicated to leaders in corporate social media.
