Michael Zakhary

Michael Zakhary, MBA, currently serves as a Data & Strategic Programs Engineer at Merck since September 2022, where responsibilities include providing strategic support and managing KPI reporting for Merck Research Labs IT. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Senior Medical Representative at MSD from May 2010 to July 2024, focusing on customer segmentation and account strategy. Earlier experience includes a role as a Sales Engineer specializing in neurosurgery and medical equipment at GESCA, and a Service Engineer position for Gambro Hemodialysis Products at Misreya Medical. Michael holds an MBA in Marketing from S P Jain School of Global Management and a Bachelor's degree in Systems & Biomedical Engineering from Cairo University.
