Nicole Johns

Nicole Johns brings extensive experience in public health, community engagement, and strategic planning, most recently serving as Associate Director in Diversity & Inclusion Business Integration and External Partnership Engagement at Merck. In this role, Nicole provided strategic insights for immunology and neuroscience business development. Previous experience includes significant contributions to HIV franchise strategy and community outreach as a Senior Health Planner at the Office of HIV Planning, and owning Auntie Cole, a coaching business for growing families. Nicole holds a Master of Public Health from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Arts in English, African American Studies, and Japanese Culture and Society from Gettysburg College. Additionally, Nicole has experience as a Yoga Instructor and has held various roles in office management and communications within the radio industry.
