Nnamdi Akporji

Nnamdi Akporji is a Senior Scientist at Merck since May 2021. Prior to that, Nnamdi was a Research Assistant at UC Santa Barbara from 2016 to May 2021 working under Research Advisor Dr. Bruce H. Nnamdi also served as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Rochester Institute of Technology from January 2014 to 2016 under Research Advisor Dr. Hans Schmitthenner, where Nnamdi designed a new synthetic route for a target compound used in cancer imaging and developed techniques for organic synthesis and reaction design.
