Sabrina Restrepo

Sabrina Restrepo, PhD, has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, currently serving as Executive Director of Quality Assurance at Merck since June 2008. Throughout a distinguished career at Merck, Sabrina Restrepo has held various leadership roles, including Director of Vaccines Technical Product Stewardship, Director of Global Vaccines Technical Operations, and Director of the Sterile & Validation Center of Excellence. Prior to joining Merck, Sabrina Restrepo worked as a Scientist/Senior Scientist at Irvine Scientific and as a Scientist at Allergan. Early in the career, Sabrina Restrepo managed a team at Instituto Colombiano del Petróleo - ECOPETROL. Sabrina Restrepo earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Engineering from The University of Akron between 2000 and 2004, having previously attended Universidad Nacional de Colombia.
