Shefali Haldar

Shefali Haldar, PhD, currently serves as the Associate Director of Real World Evidence Platforms at Merck since March 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Lead UX Researcher at Litesprite, where strategic research was conducted to enhance the Sinasprite mobile app for mental health support, and as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Northwestern University, focusing on improving digital mental health services through interdisciplinary collaboration. Haldar also held positions at Sage Bionetworks, the University of Washington, Albany Medical Center, and the NYS Department of Health, contributing to various research and design initiatives in healthcare technology. Haldar obtained a PhD in Biomedical & Health Informatics from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's Degree in Information Management & Technology and Biology from Syracuse University.
