Stacy Foley

Stacy Foley has extensive experience in clinical trial operations at Merck, beginning in 2003 and advancing to Head of Global Clinical Trial Operations and the Project Management Office since 2005. In this role, Stacy leads a $100M suite of change initiatives, overseeing a 20-member director-level team and establishing the first Project Management Center of Excellence in the organization. Key achievements include the redesign of clinical trial processes, the launch of a quarterly publication for site partners, and significant advancements in employee development initiatives. Prior positions at Merck include Global Risk-Based Monitoring Implementation Director and Senior Clinical Trial Manager, where Stacy implemented risk-based monitoring and directed clinical trial functions across multiple therapeutic areas. Earlier career highlights include a role as Acting Editor at Turner - White Communications. Stacy holds a Bachelor of Arts from Penn State University and completed business leadership training at Duke University and Wharton Executive Education.
