Susan Soule

Susan Soule currently serves as a Senior Marketing Communications Specialist in Global Learning Development at Merck, beginning in April 2024. Prior to this role, Susan held the position of Marketing and Business Development Manager at TrueProject from July 2022 to January 2024, where responsibilities included crafting marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer acquisition. From January 2017 to July 2022, Susan was the Operations Manager for "The Great IT Professional," successfully managing a large online education platform and producing numerous educational conferences. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Marketing and Event Coordinator at CAI from January 2001 to January 2017, where Susan planned and executed a variety of marketing campaigns and events. Susan's career began at St. Luke's University Health Network, where a decade-long tenure as a Benefits Assistant involved various HR responsibilities. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
