Svetlana Sadekova

Svetlana Sadekova is an accomplished executive in the field of oncology, currently serving as the Executive Director of Discovery Oncology at Merck since 2010, where oversight includes the oncology biologics portfolio. Prior to this role, Svetlana held various positions at Schering-Plough Biopharma, culminating in the role of Director of Discovery Oncology, and also contributed to McGill University as the Director of the Breast Cancer Functional Genomics Group and Assistant Professor in Radiation Oncology. Svetlana Sadekova earned a PhD in Biochemistry from Southern Federal University.
