Yeon-Hee Lim

Yeon-Hee Lim is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in drug discovery and project leadership, currently serving as a Director at Merck since April 2008. Contributions include leading the Discovery CMD Project, managing the MRL SSF Discovery Chemistry Leadership Team, overseeing people management and talent development, and managing the CardioMetabolic Disease portfolio. Previous roles at Merck included Principal Scientist and Associate Principal Scientist, focusing on both CardioMetabolic and Sensory Diseases, as well as drug discovery in CNS and cardiovascular diseases. Yeon-Hee Lim began a career in research as a Postdoctoral Fellow at The Scripps Research Institute, specializing in Click Chemistry, Chemical Biology, and Medicinal Chemistry, after earning a Ph.D. in Total Synthesis from Stony Brook University.
