Diego Heriberto Fuentes

Diego Heriberto Fuentes serves as the Director General at FF REGULATORY PRACTICE since June 2012, providing comprehensive legal advice to both individuals and organizations. Additionally, Diego has been the Director of Legal and Real Estate at Operadora Merco since September 2013. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources at the Attorney General's Office of the State of Coahuila, Submanager of Records and Claims at the National Lottery for Public Assistance, Subdirector of the Criminal Defense Unit of the Legal Defense Office of Coahuila, and Legal Counsel to the Consul for Legal Affairs at the Mexican Embassy in Washington D.C. Diego holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Business Law from Universidad de Monterrey and a Bachelor's in Theology from the Universal Seminar of Theological Studies.
