Agnes Mink

Agnes Mink is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive search, talent management, and organisational development. Since 2007, Agnes has served as Partner and Director at Mercuri Urval, where expertise encompasses business transformation, team coaching, and HR strategy development across Hungary, Austria, and the CEE region. Prior to this role, Agnes worked as a Business Advisory Consultant at KPMG Hungary, focusing on organisational and process development, and served as an Advisor in the International Relations Division of the National Bank of Hungary, preparing the Governor for ECB meetings. Earlier experience includes a position as Business Development Manager for CEE at Philips. Agnes holds an MSc in Economics with a focus on International Relations from Corvinus University of Budapest and has a Postgraduate Degree in Legal Studies from Eötvös Loránd University.
