Esko Oja

Esko Oja is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership acquisition and advisory, currently serving as Partner and Team Director at Mercuri Urval since January 2013. In this role, Esko leads the Finnish organization, overseeing business strategy, P&L management, and team leadership across Helsinki and Tampere. Esko has contributed as an advisor in leadership acquisition and serves as the Technology, Media, and Telecom Practice lead in Finland. Previous experience includes management consulting at Accenture, focusing on business process transformation within various industries, and a Trainee position at VTT, contributing to the organization’s internationalization process. Esko holds a Master of Science in Industrial Management from Tampere University of Technology and has completed international studies at Universität Innsbruck.
