Klaus Steinmann

Klaus Steinmann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive search and selection, primarily within the automotive and mobility sectors. Since October 2010, Klaus has held multiple senior leadership positions at Mercuri Urval, including Partner and Global Head of Automotive, demonstrating significant expertise in global board and executive search. Prior to this, Klaus served as a Partner at LAB & Company, leading the Hamburg office, and worked as a Manager at Ray & Berndtson, focusing on executive search and direct search. Klaus holds a Diplom-Kaufmann/MBA in Business Administration from Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg and a BA in Business Administration from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.
