Rainer Schmoldt

Rainer Schmoldt is an experienced executive in the field of recruitment and management consulting, currently serving as Group Director at Mercuri Urval since January 2001, where responsibilities include executive search and internal change management processes, along with assessments, coaching, and outplacements within an international business framework. Prior to this role, Rainer held various positions including Senior Consultant and Management Consultant at VPF GmbH & Co. KG, and General Manager specializing in self-adhesive papers and films. Rainer's extensive background also includes key account and product management roles at Avery Dennison and Sihl Direct GmbH, with a focus on self-adhesive products and specialty papers. Rainer holds Master’s Degrees in Economics from the University of Cologne and Universität Siegen.
