Rik Zuidmeer

Rik Zuidmeer serves as the Head of Global Practices & International Business at Mercuri Urval, holding a key role in the Leadership Team and collaborating with Global Practice Heads to support clients worldwide. With a career at Mercuri Urval since March 2001, Rik has advanced through various leadership roles, including Partner & Director of International Business, Senior Vice President International Business, and Vice President Global Client Services. Prior to this, Rik gained valuable experience as a Managing Consultant and Consultant in the Netherlands. Educational qualifications include training from the International Coach Federation and a degree in Management Consultancy from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
