Collin Coale

Collin Coale is a seasoned professional in the energy trading sector, currently serving as Manager of Mid-term Trading at Tenaska Power Services Co since April 2013. In this role, Collin is responsible for overseeing trading activities within the California ISO and WECC territories, specializing in hedging, procurement of transmission, and various trading strategies. Prior to this position, Collin held the role of Asset Manager, where responsibilities included managing over 4,000 MW of renewable and fossil generation assets and developing optimization strategies for TPS' customers in the Southwest Power Pool. Additionally, Collin worked as a Real-Time Trader, optimizing power generation and creating trading opportunities in real-time markets across the U.S. Earlier experience includes a role in Institutional Sales at Williams Financial Group, focusing on sales and marketing of research ideas to investment professionals. Collin earned a degree in Finance, Trading, Risk, and Investments from Texas A&M University.
