David Gal

David Gal has a strong background in IT consulting and trading technology. David started their career at Barclays Capital as an IT Consultant in the Commodities IT department in 2005. David later joined Lehman Brothers in 2006 as an IT Consultant in the Commodities division. In 2008, Gal moved back to Barclays Capital, this time as a VP in the Commodities IT department. David held this role until 2011. In 2012, Gal joined Mercuria Energy Trading S.A. as the Head of Trading & Risk Technology, a position they currently hold.

From 1989 to 1992, David Gal attended the University of Oxford, where they pursued a degree in Mathematics & Computation. Their studies focused on the field of Mathematics and Computation.
