Matt Miller

Matt Miller has extensive work experience in the commodity trading industry. Matt began their career as a Senior Market Analyst at Duke Energy Trading & Marketing, where they were responsible for validating forward mark to market price points and analyzing price movements. After working at ConocoPhillips as a Real Time Power Trader, optimizing arbitrage opportunities in the Western power region, they joined Ernst & Young as a Senior Consultant, assisting global commodity trading companies with risk management and process framework implementation. Miller then served as Vice President at Merrill Lynch Commodities, managing teams responsible for valuation control, P&L substantiation, and product control for power and gas desks. Matt'smost recent role is as the Head of NAGP Middle Office at Mercuria Energy America, Inc.

Matt Miller obtained a BBA in Finance from Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business, where they attended in the year 2000. Subsequently, from 2001 to 2003, they pursued an MBA with a specialization in Finance at St. Thomas University.
