Teddy Kott

Teddy Kott has a range of work experience in the energy and commodities industry. Teddy started their career as a Senior Analyst at Lehman Brothers in 2008. Teddy then joined LCM Commodities as the Director of Energy Research, where they stayed until 2011. At EDF Trading, Teddy held two roles: Head of Global Gas Analysis from April 2011 to February 2017, and Head of Energy Market Analysis from February 2017 to February 2018. Teddy then moved to Trafigura, where they served as the Head of Global Gas, LNG & Power Analysis from February 2018 to April 2023. Currently, Teddy is the Head of Analysis at Mercuria, starting in May 2023.

Teddy Kott pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with their Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy and American Institutions at Brown University, which they completed from 1998 to 2003. Following this, they went on to obtain a Masters degree in International Affairs from Columbia | SIPA, attending from 2006 to 2008. Teddy's educational background reflects their interest in public policy and international affairs.
