Mr. Ozan serves on the board of directors of TFS Financial (Third Federal Savings) with assets of $12 Billion (Nasdaq). He is also a board member of State Industrial Products, Cohesant, Inc., and Innovative Medical Equipment. He recently retired from the Board of Capgemini (Paris Stock Exchange), an $11 billion worldwide provider of consulting, technology services, and outsourcing. Prior to 2003, Mr. Ozan served as Chief Executive Officer of North American operations and was a member of the Capgemini Global Executive Committee. Before the formation of Capgemini in 2000 (as the combination of E&Y Consulting and Capgemini), he was the Chief Executive Officer of worldwide consulting services at Ernst & Young and served on various global boards and executive committees. In his nearly 30 year career at Ernst & Young, Mr. Ozan also directed many different U.S. business units.
Mr. Ozan holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Operations Research from Cornell University.
