Network Operations Center Manager at Mercury Broadband

Chris Fisk has a long and distinguished career in the telecommunications industry. Chris began their career in 1997 as an E4/Spanish Linguist for the US Army. In 2001, they moved to Sprint as a Facilities Engineer, where they monitored switches throughout the US for issues with HVAC, Commercial Power, Generator Power, and back-up power (UPS). In 2009, they joined Ericsson as an Operations Manager and Technical Services Engineer. Here, they contributed to the improvement of managed services for a team spanning more than 8 teams and 600+ personnel. Chris also developed reports, resolved escalations, and developed training to increase the performance of the network operations center. In 2016, they moved to Sprint again, this time as an Incident Manager. Here, they worked to ensure quick resolution of high impacting network events and tracked events from start to finish. In 2019, they joined T-Mobile as a Project Manager - Vendor Management, where they managed the development and implementation process of a company's services involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing projects. Currently, they are the Network Operations Center Manager at Mercury Broadband.

Chris Fisk received their Masters in Business Administration and General Management from the University of Phoenix in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Linguistics from Brigham Young University in 1996.
