Lucia Qian

Lucia Qian is the Head of Business Operations at Mercury since April 2021, previously serving as a Consultant at Bain & Company from October 2019 to April 2021. Earlier in their career, Lucia held positions as a Summer Associate at I-DEV International, an International Operations Manager, and a Corporate Development & Strategy Associate at Tableau Software. Starting as an Analyst at UBS Investment Bank from July 2011 to November 2012, Lucia also gained experience as a Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs in 2010. Lucia Qian earned an MBA from the Yale School of Management between 2017 and 2019 and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland from 2007 to 2011, with additional studies at SKEMA Business School in 2009.
