Nina Sedlacek, Esq., CFE, CAMS is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk investigation and compliance within the legal and financial sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Risk Investigator for Mercury since September 2025, Nina previously held positions such as Investigator in the Special Investigations Unit at Block and Law Enforcement and Civil Process Analyst. Nina's legal expertise was further demonstrated through roles including Attorney Product Specialist for Thomson Reuters and GenAI Product Evaluation Analyst for Casetext. Additional positions include a specialist role at Uber's Law Enforcement Response Team and a legal specialist for the U.S. Secret Service.
