Sarah Ryan

Sarah Ryan is an experienced professional in strategy and program management, currently serving as the Strategy and Program Management Lead at Mercury since March 2024. Previously, Sarah worked at Stripe as a Senior Operations Program Manager, where responsibilities included collaborating with operational teams and implementing process improvements. Prior to that, Sarah spent seven years at Zendesk, progressing through various roles including Manager of Program Management, where leadership of Senior Program Managers and development of transformational technical solutions were key duties. Sarah's early career includes account management and marketing roles at Kennedy Communications and Business Impact Group, culminating in a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts and Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
