Tabitha Blagdon

Tabitha Blagdon serves as the Head of Engineering for Risk at Mercury since September 2025, following a role as Director of Engineering at Maven Clinic where leadership encompassed Core Product Engineering and Web Platform teams. Prior to that, Tabitha was the Head of Product Engineering at Digit during a successful acquisition by Oportun, and held progressively responsible engineering positions at Tally Inc., including Senior Engineering Manager and Engineering Manager for the Banking Platform. Early career experience includes a role as a Software Engineer at Wheelwell, Inc., and various investment management positions at BlackRock, Federated Investors, Franklin Templeton Investments, and Merrill Lynch. Tabitha holds an MBA in Finance from the University of California, Davis, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University.
