Eric Bloom

Eric Bloom started their career in 2001 at CNN as an Associate Producer. Eric then worked their way up to becoming a Producer and later a Futures Producer. From 2010 to 2011, they served as a Senior Producer at CNN before moving on to CBS News. At CBS News, they held the role of Senior Producer for CBS This Morning from 2011 to 2016, and then transitioned to become the Senior Producer for CBS Evening News from 2016 to 2019. In 2019, Eric Bloom joined Mercury as the Managing Director.

Eric Bloom obtained their Bachelor's degree in Communication, General from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 1992 and 1996.
