Kieran Mahoney

Kieran Mahoney is a seasoned political strategist and public affairs expert, currently serving as Managing Partner at Mercury Public Affairs since January 1999. With extensive experience in political consulting, Mahoney previously worked for Governor George E. Pataki from 1994 to 2008, and served as a political advisor to U.S. Senator Alfonse D'Amato from 1990 to 1992. Notably, Mahoney was the campaign manager and strategist for Pataki's successful 1994 gubernatorial campaign, which ended Mario Cuomo's twelve-year tenure, and contributed to Pataki's reelection campaigns in 1998 and 2002. Additionally, from January 2002 to December 2004, Mahoney consulted for the National Republican Senatorial Committee, playing a key role in successful independent expenditure campaigns for candidates in several states.
