Alan Bucciero

Alan Bucciero has over 20 years of experience in program management and engineering roles. Alan is currently working as a Sr Principal Program Manager at Mercury Systems. Prior to that, they served as a Principal Program Manager at L3Harris Technologies for four years. Alan also worked as a Global Project Manager at JBT Corporation, where they implemented project management processes and tools for a fast-paced, global program. Alan has extensive experience in managing multi-functional teams, strategic market analysis, and product development. Alan has a strong background in systems engineering, having led the development of complex military cargo handling systems at JBT AeroTech and worked as a Systems Engineer at BAE Systems. Alan began their career as a Systems Engineer / Technical Field Rep at Anitox Corp, where they designed and serviced computer-controlled liquid-application systems.

Alan Bucciero received a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in the years 1997 to 2001. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Central Florida, graduating in the years 2012 to 2014.
