Blain Trendler

Blain Trendler is an experienced professional in global real estate and facilities management with a strong background in high-tech manufacturing. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Real Estate and Facilities at Mercury Systems since April 2021, Blain Trendler leads a team responsible for worldwide facilities, real estate portfolio management, construction planning, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate strategy execution. Prior to this role, Blain Trendler was the Head of Real Estate and Portfolio Strategies at Lam Research, overseeing a global portfolio that included lease fit-up and workplace renovation projects. Blain Trendler also held significant positions at Intel Corporation as Global Real Estate Manager and at Bank of America as Manager of Global Site Development. Blain Trendler earned an MBA from Arizona State University and a BA in Political Science from Brigham Young University.
