John Bustria

John Bustria has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. John began their career as an Audit Staff at Coopers & Lybrand, where they assisted in audit engagements for public companies and universities. John then moved on to PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Audit Associate, where they supervised engagements, identified client risk exposures, and completed financial analysis. Following this, Bustria joined IBM as a Senior Audit Team Leader, managing comprehensive internal risk assessments across multiple business lines and implementing key controls over financial reporting. John then transitioned to CFGI as an Advisory Services Manager, preparing financial statement audits and implementing Sarbanes-Oxley control environments. Currently, Bustria is the Head of Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk Management at Mercury Systems.

John Bustria attended Northwest Catholic Highschool from 1988 to 1990. John then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at Boston College Carroll School of Management from 1990 to 1994.
