Leo Dela Cruz, PMP has extensive work experience in program and project management roles. Leo has worked at various companies such as Mercury Systems, Benchmark Secure Technology, MKS Instruments, Curtiss-Wright Defense Solutions, Karma Automotive LLC, Broadcom Limited, QLogic Corporation, Broadcom, SAIC, and Hughes Space and Communications. Leo has managed cross-functional teams, coordinated internal and external stakeholders, and been responsible for cost, schedule, and product delivery. Leo has also handled customer relationships, led business development activities, and managed suppliers and vendors. Leo has experience in new product introduction, product management, and program marketing. Throughout their career, Leo has achieved successful business unit setup and revenue growth.

Leo Dela Cruz, PMP holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach. In 2014, they obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from The Project Management Institute (PMI).
