Roger Wells

Roger Wells currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and EVP & President of Microelectronics at Mercury Systems since November 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President and General Manager of Unmanned Systems and Integrated Solutions, Vice President of Operations, and VP of Programs at FLIR Systems from June 2008 to November 2021. Previously, Roger Wells owned System Solutions Associates, LLC from July 2006 to June 2008 and held the position of Director at Northrop Grumman from 1998 to 2006. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from George Mason University and studies at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, along with foundational education in West Springfield.
