Roya Montakhab

Roya Montakhab serves as the Senior Vice President of Integrated Processing Solutions at Mercury Systems since April 2023. Previously, Roya held the position of Director of Business Development, Strategy and Capture at Northrop Grumman from March 2021 to March 2023 and spent nearly two decades at Raytheon Technologies as a Director. Early in the career, Roya worked at Lucent Technologies Bell Labs as a Lead Software Engineer, managing engineering and customer support teams, and was a Software Engineer at SAIC, where software automation tools were developed. Roya holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Arizona, a Master's degree in Computer Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology.
