Stephen Fletcher

Stephen Fletcher currently serves as the Director of Program Finance at Mercury Systems since September 2023. Prior experience includes a managerial role at Northrop Grumman from June 2018 to September 2023, overseeing analysts on complex satellite contracts and ensuring compliance with earned value management standards. At Orbital ATK, from March 2008 to June 2018, Stephen was a Senior Finance Manager, leading financial analysis on large satellite contracts and ensuring compliance with EVM standards. Additional experience includes project management at General Dynamics, establishing Service Level Agreements, and analytical roles at Lockheed Martin, focusing on financial management for a significant contract. Stephen holds both a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Economics from East Carolina University, earned between 1997 and 2002.
