Matt Kelley

Matt Kelley is a seasoned professional in the geothermal and drilling engineering sectors, currently serving as the Well Engineering Manager at Mercury NZ since March 2023, and previously held the same position from April 2019 to November 2020. Kelley is also the Founder and CEO of Kelitek Engineering, established in December 2020, which specializes in industrial automation and process engineering. Prior roles include Geothermal Drilling Lead at Fortescue Future Industries, where Kelley contributed to renewable energy initiatives, and Engineering and Operations Manager at Halliburton, overseeing significant geothermal power development projects in Indonesia. Kelley's career began as a Drilling Engineer at Unocal, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University.
