Nina DeSimone currently serves as Senior Manager of Customer Success Operations at MercuryGate International since May 2023. Previously, Nina held the position of Customer Success Operations Manager at Red Canary, where responsibilities included leading strategic initiatives to enhance customer experience and workflow scalability, managing small business customer accounts, and creating onboarding materials and customer newsletters. Earlier roles included Account Executive positions at DataRobot and SimScale GmbH, as well as business development and account management roles at Barkly, Wayfair, and Morbid Enterprises. Nina holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Northeastern University, completed in 2012.
