Weston Lippia has a diverse work experience, having held various roles in different companies. Weston is currently working at MercuryGate International as the Director of Customer Success. Prior to that, they worked as the Global Relationship Success Manager at the same company. Before joining MercuryGate International, Weston worked at TransImpact where they held the positions of Director of Solutions, Managed Logistics, Senior Manager of Solutions, Managed Logistics, and National Sales Manager, Managed Logistics. Weston also has experience working at Yellow as a Senior Account Executive, at Reddaway as a Senior Account Manager and Account Manager, at Summit Consultancy Group as the Director of Sales and Business Development, at Valassis as a National Sales Executive and National Sales Representative, at Andersen and Associates, Inc. as a Marketing Representative, and at the University of Nevada Reno in various roles including Advertising Sales Manager and Graduate Sales Assistant.

Weston Lippia obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2009. Weston later pursued a Master's degree in Public Policy from the same institution, completing their studies in 2012.
