Stuart Sidle

Stuart Sidle serves as Dean of the School of Social and Behavioral Sciences at Mercy University since July 2020, while also operating Stuart Sidle and Associates as a Leadership Development Consultant since 2003. With extensive experience in higher education, Sidle previously held multiple leadership roles at the University of New Haven, including Executive Director of the Center for Teaching Innovation and Associate Provost. Additionally, Sidle has provided consulting services with a focus on strategic planning, leadership development, and change management, and has taught various courses related to organizational behavior and human resource management at several universities, including DePaul University. Sidle holds a BA in Psychology/Journalism from American University and a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from DePaul University.
