Alexandra Bingham has diverse work experience in media and communications roles. Alexandra is currently working at Mercy Corps as a Senior Media and Communications Officer, where they serve as the Global Media Lead for Asia and the Climate Change Media Lead. Alexandra'sresponsibilities include securing global media coverage and leading strategic and emergency communications for humanitarian responses. Prior to this, Alexandra founded their own company called Market Lane Media, where they provided creative communications solutions through film and photography for the development sector. Alexandra has also worked as an Advocacy Communications and Media Officer at CBM Australia, where they developed content and resources to promote CBM's work and managed advocacy campaigns. Additionally, Alexandra has held positions at UnitingWorld, Scope Global, and SeeItNow Marketing Solutions, where they gained experience in partnerships coordination, media, communications, and multimedia editing.
Alexandra Bingham attended Marryatville High School from 2005 to 2009. After completing high school, they enrolled at the University of South Australia, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Media Arts with a focus on Communication and Media Studies from 2009 to 2012. Alexandra obtained a Bachelor of Media Arts, specializing in Communication and Media Studies, from the University of South Australia.
