Aurelle Noutahi

Aurelle Noutahi is an experienced professional currently serving as a Program Officer for Women in Leadership at Mercy Corps since May 2023. As the Co-founder and CEO of Iwaria Inc. since March 2016, Aurelle has been instrumental in formulating the company's vision and overseeing all aspects of business development. Previous roles include Programs Director at EtriLabs, where governance of partnerships and entrepreneurship programs for youth and women was a focus, and roles as Digital Marketing Manager at TEKXL and Co-founder & Marketing Manager at Pikiz, emphasizing marketing strategy implementation. Aurelle's career also includes foundational experience as a Founder & Manager at BoomBead and HR-related positions at GIZ and Loterie Nationale du Bénin.
