Clément Mathon has extensive work experience in finance and management roles. Clément started their career at ACTED in 2012 as a Country Finance Manager, overseeing finance, admin, HR, and compliance functions for both Kenya and Somalia country programs. In this role, they managed teams of 8-10 members in finance, 4-5 members in admin/HR, and 2 members in compliance. Clément worked on an annual budget of approximately $7.5M and main donors included OFDA, ECHO, and Unicef.

Clément Mathon obtained their Master of Science in Management, MSc with a focus on Business/Managerial Economics from KEDGE Business School between 2009 and 2013. In 2011, they briefly attended the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, specializing in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management. Prior to this, they completed their secondary education at Lycée du Parc, studying Economique et commerciale, option scientifique (ECS).
