Hope Schaitkin

Hope Schaitkin has extensive experience in research and learning with a focus on gender and youth, currently serving as a Research and Learning Advisor at Mercy Corps since July 2018, with previous roles including Technical Officer and various Program Officer positions. Prior to Mercy Corps, Schaitkin worked as a Research Assistant for the Corruption, Justice, and Legitimacy Project and as a Teaching Assistant at The Fletcher School at Tufts University, where a Master of Aids in Law and Diplomacy was earned, specializing in Human Security and Gender Analysis. An academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Asian Studies from Tufts University, complemented by an internship at Zhejiang University. Additional experience includes roles at Tetra Tech and the EastWest Institute, contributing to various international development projects and initiatives.
