Paul B Kourouma

Paul B Kourouma is an experienced operations and supply chain professional with a strong focus on humanitarian aid and development. As the Regional Supply Chain Operations Director for Mercy Corps since July 2019, Paul provides technical support to in-country teams across Africa, ensuring compliance with donor requirements and overseeing operational systems. Previous roles within Mercy Corps included leading operations and security management in Niger and Burkina Faso. Paul also held the position of Field Coordinator at the International Rescue Committee, where responsibilities included managing operations in Rakhine and CHIN States. Education was obtained at the School for International Training, enhancing expertise in international development.
