Paula Gil Baizan

Paula Gil Baizan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in humanitarian and sustainability consulting. Currently serving as a Business Modelling Advisor at Mercy Corps, Paula is focused on developing innovative business models for energy services in humanitarian contexts. Paula holds multiple advisory and leadership roles, such as Director of Something Meaningful Consulting and Consultant for IOM - UN Migration, where support is provided for the design of an Innovation Fund. Paula contributes as Chairwoman of the HIF Advisory Board at Elrha and as a Board Member for Oxfam International's Global Assembly, playing a key role in shaping organizational strategies and policies. Previous positions include Financial Inclusion Advisor for the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation and Strategy Consultant for the World Food Programme.
