Prescilla Celino

Prescilla Celino has over a decade of experience in operations and program management at Mercy Corps, currently serving as Operations Manager for Global Programs. In this role, Prescilla manages departmental objectives and benchmarks while aligning progress with workplans. Previous positions at Mercy Corps include Programs Analyst, where analytical support was provided to senior leadership, and Program Liaison, which involved fostering communication among a team of desk officers. Prescilla began the career at Mercy Corps as an Administrative/Program Assistant, providing support to executive offices, and also gained experience as a Marketing and Corporate Research Intern. Earlier in 2010, Prescilla interned at the World Affairs Council of Oregon. Prescilla holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Political Economy, Economics, and Spanish from the University of Puget Sound.
