Susan Williams MinstF is an experienced senior fundraising manager with a robust background in various fundraising roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Fundraising Operations at Mercy Corps since October 2021, Susan has also held interim managerial positions in DevOps Europe and community fundraising. Prior fundraising consultancy roles include working with Scottish Bible Society and Children 1st, bringing extensive expertise from previous leadership positions at SAMH and Cancer Support Scotland. With a strong foundation in database management and donor development established during a long tenure at Children 1st, Susan has demonstrated significant achievements in income generation and team leadership, including a 60% increase in income during a four-year restructuring at EMMS International.
