Tassa Chabouni

Tassa Chabouni is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager at Mercy Corps, specializing in Europe and Asia since April 2014. Chabouni has held various roles within the organization, including Talent Acquisition Senior Advisor for Mercy Corps Europe and Senior Global Recruitment Advisor for Africa, playing a crucial role in supporting the organization's mission to alleviate suffering and poverty across more than 40 countries. Prior to Mercy Corps, Chabouni worked at Columbia Sportswear from 2007 to 2014, advancing from HR Coordinator to Recruiter and Recruiting Specialist, managing staffing needs and internship programs.
