Wendy Guyot

Wendy Guyot currently serves as the Director of Strategy Realization and Communications at Mercy Corps, having previously held the role of Country Director for Mongolia. Wendy's extensive experience includes overseeing a $3 million resilience portfolio and successfully managing the sunset of the Mongolia program. Prior roles at Mercy Corps include leadership positions in the Investing in Syrian Humanitarian Action Program and as Interim Country Director, where strategic oversight of a $60 million portfolio was demonstrated. Wendy has also worked with the International Rescue Committee in various strategic and governance roles, contributing to international-local partnerships and leading response teams in crisis regions. Wendy holds a Master’s degree in International Development from Johns Hopkins SAIS and a Bachelor’s degree in International/Global Studies and Geography from Macalester College.
